Richard and Mary Fisher

Richard Addison Henderson Fisher (1862-01-23 – 1937-05-22) and Mary Caroline McClendon (1863-06-14 – 1937-10-25) were my great-great-grandparents, being the parents of Martha Jane McPherson. They lived and died in Rhea County, Tennessee, and were married there 1884-08-02.

Origins

Richard was the son of Henderson Fisher and Rebecca Angeline Godbehere. Mary was the daughter of Dennis McClendon and Mary Brady.

Children

They had 12 children, probably all born in Rhea or Meigs County.

Dennis? Fisher (c.1903 – 1904); a child count confirms another birth, and some say his(?) name was Dennis.
Beulah Mae Fisher (1906-03-12 – 1974-05-30), married James Wilson Smith.
William Carl Fisher (1908-11-06 – 1983-10-29), married Rissie Smith.
